Following
record company sales of more than $1 billion during 2004, Rubloff Residential
Properties recently honored its top producers with the annual "Crystal
Awards." "Our
high-powered brokers and sales agents generated a staggering $1.15 billion
in residential real estate sales in 2004," said James M. Kinney,
president of Rubloff, which is celebrating its 75th year in business in
2005. Kinney
also announced the company's 9th annual Crystal Awards for Rubloff's top
producers in 2004 at breakfast meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel. Five
top Rubloff agents - Eudice Fogel and Judy Pielet of the firm's Gold Coast
office; Jim Stengel and Kevin Wood of the Lincoln Park office, and Gail
Lowrie of the Harbor Country, Michigan office - combined for sales totaling
$150 million, Kinney said. Raking
in $48 million in sales last year, champion Eudice Fogel led the company
for the fourth consecutive year after significantly increasing her gain
each of the previous four years. In 2003, she posted $45 million in real
estate sales, up from $30 million in 2002 and $26 million in 2001. The
Crystal Award for best marketing team went to the Mario Greco Group, which
consists of Mario Greco, David Adams and Jeanne Carava. The Greco team
joined Rubloff in June and posted total sales of more than $50 million
in 2004. John
D'Ambrogio and John Kiser of Rubloff's relocation department were cited
for generating $50 million in transferee business in 2004 on 200 transactions,
a gain of 130 percent in dollar volume over the previous year. In
addition, sales agent Robin Miner won the Crystal Award for generating
the most sales in the relocation sector. Rubloff
also presented Crystal Awards to the top sales producers in each of its
five offices. Here are the winners:
